Take all the time necessary to think about your life purpose and develop a strategy and an action plan for it. Once you have a clear idea of your main priorities and goals in life. You need to get organized and develop a plan and strategy. Planning encompasses all activities that lead to the definition of objectives and strategies to achieve them. The more thoughts and details you can put on paper the better your chance of success. Think of your plan and strategy as a road map to follow in order to reach your destination. You need to remain flexible and adaptable because plan and strategy do alter according to changing conditions.
The important thing is to think your life strategy through very careful and put in on paper. Seek feedback and advice from more experienced people. Make appropriate changes where necessary at different stages of your life. Set realistic schedule for your action plan. Ensure you have a well thought out strategy and have a detailed effective action plan to achieve your goals. Go for it with all your resources, determination and energy. Good luck!

|There seems to be an endless chattering in your head as your mind jumps from thought to thought in a random fashion depending on whatever holds its attention.
Meditation is an effective method of releasing tension and stress in your mind and body, and helping them to stay healthy. There are numerous ways to meditate. One way of taming your mind through meditation is to concentrate and focus on your breath.Sit in a quiet and comfortable place, and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and gently smile to relax yourself. Check your posture. It’s easiest to meditate when your spine is straight and your body posture is symmetrical. Imagine every time you breathe in, you are calming your body and mind filling them with peace, joy and love. And every time you breathe out, imagine expelling your fears, thoughts and worries of the moment away.
Focus on the rise and fall of your slow and deep breath through the abdomen. By breathing deeply, you actually calm your mind and clear it of any thought. Whenever your mind starts acting up, observe your thoughts and then refocus to your breath. At this stage, you may become aware of a thought rather than thinking a thought. The difference is subtle, but significant. When you are aware of your thoughts, you can also let them go. Start the breathing process all over again without getting frustrated. With some practice, you will be able to gradually clear your mind for a longer period of time until another random thought comes up.

Creating the life you want
If you are planning for a long trip and vacation, you want to have a road map and look at places you want to visit and stay. A lot of people spend more time planning their annual vacation than they spend planning for their life. Life is a journey too. So you need a road map to get to your destination. Do you have your road map?
Most of us want to live a successful and fulfilled life but we don’t have a well thought-out plan to get there. To create the life you want, you need to ask yourself some important questions, and be willing to take the time to answer them to your satisfaction. What does success and fulfilment mean for you? What matters most to you: family, partner in life, relationships, work/career, health, spirituality, etc? What are your goals and priorities in your life? What are your core values and beliefs?
If you long to live a more authentic successful and fulfilled life, you need to reflect on your values and beliefs. If you live your life in alignment with your core values, beliefs, priorities and goals, the life you are meant to live tends to unfold before your eyes. Once you really understand what do you want out of life, then you can start planning for it. Determine what are the actions you need to take and the changes you need to make to accomplish your goals in life. Your detailed action plans and strategies are an important part of your road maps to success and fulfilment.
Have a positive mental attitude and confidence that you can indeed create the life you want. Along with some successes, there will inevitably be some set-backs. Believe in yourself and persevere. Don’t forget to be grateful for all the small successes along the way, and celebrate them with your loved ones.
